Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship. Once your order has been shipped, we ask for 3-8 business days for delivery for US based orders. For International orders allow up to 10-12 days. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays.

Please note: We DO NOT ship and/or deliver on weekends and some orders will require a signature. All orders received after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. *We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

We currently do not issue returns so it's very important that you follow our size guide or email us with any questions before you purchase to ensure you have a perfect fitting athletic wear.

However we do accept exchanges by issuing you a store credit for the value of your swimwear (minus original shipping charges) if the following is met:

Unworn items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
Unworn items must have all tags attached and hygienic liners
Unworn items must be returned in original packaging

Jozi Athletics is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network. Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home at time of delivery. We do not cover return labels for international orders. International orders might be subject to Import duties or taxes. Please be aware that recent changes in U.S. customs regulations may affect how your order is processed at the border.
